Los Angeles, CA -- After weeks of impressive outings, Joanna Krupa and Derek Hough are leaving Dancing with the Stars, leaving former reality TV star, singer and daughter of Ozzy Osbourne, Kelly Osbourne to advance in the competition along with 70’s pop idol Donny Osmond and singer Mya

Krupa and Hough, once fan favorites, lost their support from the fans after a very good performance on Monday when they scored 81 out of 90 points.      Next week, a new Dancing with the Stars champion will emerge in what could be an   Os vs. Oz showdown.

Ironically, two of the three finalists, Donny Osmond and Kelly Osbourne have similar yet different careers that have brought them to this tournament.    Osmond was the 70’s pop family music star  who entertained a whole generation in the hit show Donny and Marie Show which  aired from 1976 to 1978.   The show featured wholesome family entertainment and comedy and was a family affair, but went off the air after quickly losing ratings once the teen heart throb grabbed a gal pal.

Osbourne, the dark princess of 80’s rocker Ozzy Osbourne also had her start in a television show which featured her family, The Osbournes.   That is where the similarities end.   The Osbournes was anything but wholesome family entertainment and showed the struggles of a rock star family bringing up their two spoiled and unappreciative teenage children used to getting their way and anything they wanted.   Boundaries did not exist in the Osbourne household, but despite drug addiction and an upbringing of dysfunctional royalty, Kelly Osbourne has somehow made it to the Dancing with the Stars finale.
