Wikinews – The Aryan Guard, a white supremacist group in Calgary founded in 2006 has reportedly disbanded, after reaching what an as-yet unverified statement posted to their website claims was a “boiling point” with an attempted bombing on one of their own.

The unsigned statement, also posted to a forum on the website stormfront.org, states that the neo-nazi group’s affairs have been on a decline over the past six months, with the group being left with just one founding member, one associate and “a few new faces”, culminating with the failed bombing, which was allegedly against the girlfriend of an associate of the group.

A 17 year old connected with the bombing, who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was arrested as he stepped off a bus in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba on Monday night. Still wanted in connection to the incident is Kyle Robert McKee, believed to be a founding member of the Aryan Guard. A warrant issued by Calgary Police for Mr. McKee was extended to Canada-Wide earlier in the week.

The two are presently facing charges of attempted murder, possessing, making or controlling explosives and possession of a weapon or imitation for a dangerous purpose.
