Vancouver, CA -- A middle school girl in Vancouver stuck her tongue on a metal pole in what appears to have been a “triple dog dare” reenactment of the scene from “A Christmas Story”.     School officials called 911 and firefighters used water to unstick the girl’s tongue from the pole.  Mike Swanson, the firefighter who freed the girl from her pole said it was the first time in his 18 year career where he had to perform the maneuver.
