Brazillian court orders Sean Goldman to be returned to Dad, NJ

Rio De Janeiro, Brazil - A Brazillian federal appeals court ruled that 9 year old Sean Goldman should be returned to his father David Goldman and be allowed to return to the New Jersey today.
David Goldman has been fighting to bring his son back home since 2004 when his Brazillian wife Bruna Bianchi took Sean, then 4 back to her native Brazil. Last year, Bianchi died during child birth.
Goldman had enlisted the aid of New Jersey U.S. Congressman Chris Smith who has travelled to Brazil with Goldman and also held Congressional hearings on the case in the United States.
Sources predict the case may be appealed again. Do you think Goldman should be allowed to bring his son back to New Jersey?
