Jackson, NJ – Soul Food Saturday is a celebration of good food, great fellowship, lively music and expressive dance in the African American tradition.  Once again we are celebrating Black History Month in this exciting soul stirring way with an ethnic feast and entertainment highlighted by Quest Truth of New Rochelle, New York.  She will present a one-woman play entitled “I just wanna be heard” which combines hip-hop, spoken word and movement.  The presentation by Quest Truth will be a 12:00 pm. In addition there will be music and dancing for all.
