NOTICE OF CONTRACTS AWARDED
The Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority, in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 (1) (a) (i), herewith provides Notice that at its Public Meetings of December 15, 2011, and February 2, 2012 Reorganization Meeting Professional Services Contracts were awarded to the following firm:
Resolution Authorizing Execution of Risk Management Consultant’s Agreement with Conner Strong & Buckelew (December 15, 2011).
Resolution Appointing Conner Strong & Buckelew as Broker of Record for 2012 (February 2, 2012).
The contracts and the resolutions authorizing them are on file and available for public inspection in the administrative offices of the Authority located at 135 Manhattan Street, Jackson, New Jersey.

The term of these Contracts shall be for a period of one (1) year until the Reorganization Meeting of the Authority in February 2013, and shall be at those rates set forth in accordance with, and pursuant to, the Professional Services Contract.
