9. Reader/User Terms of Service

Stilton Company, LLC , JTOWN Magazine, TR Magazine, Go KidsNJ, New NJ Online, The Shore News Network, our associates and employees, hereby referred to as (Stilton Company), does not screen, filter, edit or moderate messages posted in comments section of our websites.     However, Stilton Company reserves the right to monitor content and to remove any objectionable material at any time at our sole discretion.   By viewing and/or participating in our interactive online community of message boards, forums, social networking groups or other applications operated by Stilton Company, you acknowledge that you may find material you deem offensive.   Stilton Company disclaims any responsibility for material provided by any non-employees or agents of the company regarding said material.

By Participating in any services offered by Stilton Company, you agree not to:

  1. Use any services in any non-prescribed or unethical manner and be responsible for all information posted from your IP Address from your user account.
  2. Attach files or links to files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may adversely affect another’s computer or mobile device.
  3. Attach files or links to files that contain pornography, nude photos or any other media that would be deemed inappropriate for our readers.
  4. Use any Stilton Company service  or website to reveal personally identifiable information about another member, including but not limited to real name, address, and phone number, without that member’s specific permission.
  5. Violate any copyright or intellection property laws.
  6. Violate any criminal statute.
  7. Use offensive or foul language and engage in inappropriate behavior.
  8. By participating in a Stilton Company service, you agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  9. Message boards, Web pages, chat rooms, blogs, facebook, twitter and other services provided by Stilton Company  may not be used for unauthorized commercial purposes, including participation in any affiliate program. If, in the sole discretion of Stilton Company, you are found to be using services for any inappropriate commercial purpose, Stilton Company reserves the right to take action to end said activity.

Stilton Company may terminate your account if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any of the terms of this agreement, or that you have engaged in any behavior that Stilton Company believes, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the operation of Stilton Company’s services.   In addition, we reserve the right to prohibit or ban a user’s IP address if it feels the user is trying to maliciously circumvent our attempts to maintain civility and appropriate behavior in our online communities.

Stilton Company disclaims all liability for messages appearing in any article comments, forums, message boards or other communications not originating from an employee of Stilton Company, LLC. 

The opinions and comments of the public, readers and online bloggers are not those of Stilton Company.  Stilton Company does not and will not endorse, enforce or agree with a comment made by a person who is not an employee of the company.

Stilton Company will not reveal any personal information about our users, their account information or their computer IP Address without subpoena from a recognized legal or local authority in the case where a crime or suspected crime has been committed.

You reserve the right to cancel your account at any time and may opt to not use the services of Stilton Company at any time without notice.    By using the services of Stilton Company, you hereby agree to adhere to the terms of this agreement.
